5 Delicious Healthy Breakfast Ideas ♡

Today I'm bringing you five different kind of healthy breakfast ideas that'll make your mouth water onto your keyboard and force you to get up tomorrow morning in all excitedness just to taste all this goodnes!

Avo Egg Breakfast Pizza

If you're the kind of person who likes something a little more filling than a simple yogurt and cereal, and you're tired of the same old scrambled eggs with veggies, this is a great alternative
What you'll need:
- 1 mashed ripe avocado
- 1 whole wheat pocketless pita or other kind of flatbread (even naan bread or greek bread if you prefer)
- 1 dash each: lime juice, sea salt and freshly grounded black pepper
- 1 organic egg cooked to your liking

Toast the pita bread until crisp and spread the mashed avocado on top. Drizzle with lime or lemon juice, sprinkle on salt and pepper and top with fried egg, for instance!

Vegan Banana Apple Bread
Maybe you love baking and you like something warm freshly baked in the morning? Well then you should totally try out this banana bread recipe, which besides being the healthiest I've ever came across, it is also delicious and actually made up this recipe myself (and it's my first time sharing it)
What you'll need:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 apple
- 210g whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 175º C (350º F). Grease a loaf pan with margarine and line the pan with parchment paper so it'll be easier to take off the bread once it's done. In a medium sized bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Cut 2/3 of the apple into small chunks and put the other 1/3 and half of an apple in a food processor and blend it (or just use 1/2 cup of applesauce if you have it). Add all the ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix well. Pour into the pan and bake it for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry (or slightly moist if you want a more moist and "undercooked" kind of texture). It is super yum I promise!

Brown Rice Citrus Yogurt

Perhaps you're more like me and you're used to having something lighter in the morning, but you're always on a rush and you wish you could just grab your breakfast and go? This recipe will help you loads I swear, and it's one really goddamn delicious one
What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cooked brown rice
- lots of orange and lemon zest
- few raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if you love it as much as me)

Put everything on a jar, roughly mix everything together, then close it and shake it! You can eat it straight away, but please do it the right way and let it set in the fridge overnight, so that you'll get the most flavour out of it and you can truly appreaciate this piece of heaven! This can last in the fridge up to 5 days.

2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Oh so you're a sweet-tooth one, huh? Well these pancakes are the easiest most delicious ones ever and I bet you won't regret giving them a try
What you'll need:
 - 1 ripe banana
 - 2 egg
- dash of cinnamon (optional)

Mash the banana with a fork, add the eggs and mix it well. Add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon if you want and mix again. Heat a frying pan and pour in 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each pancake, to make sweet mini pancakes. Let it cook for a bit, flip it over and cook the other side as well. Repeat this process until you finish the banana mixture.

Peachy Oatmeal

Like me, you just can't stay away from our forever imensely loved old classic, huh? I know, it is so good and so incredibly conforting! Here's a nice lovely recipe then
What you'll need:
- 1 cup milk of choice, or water
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1 peach
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup blueberries

Bring milk or water to a boil, add the oats, and reduce heat to medium low. Dice up the peach and add to the oatmeal immediately. Once more of the liquid had been absorbed, add vanilla extract and cinnamon and stir. When you're pleased with the consistency of your oatmeal, add in blueberries and gently stir into the oatmeal, so they get warm and mixed in. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!

Hope you enjoy some these five beauties I picked out for you!

Talk to you later,

Marshmallowy fantasies <3

P.S.: I really don't know what happened with this post, why is it that the text here is super tiny, but I can't seem to be able to change it, nothing works :( I'm sorry, I hope you're still able to read it!
